The Wim Hof Method reconnects us to our evolutionary roots. With modern living, we have lost the basic stimulus of cold, which was a powerful environmental stressor for the many millennia of our evolution.

We each have innate capacities which Modern Living does not activate. Therefore, by diving deeply into the Wim Hof Method we can consciously bring these capacities into our daily lives.
